From 7th to 11th of October two of our employees had the chance to join a training at our HQ in Osaka. This kind of training is held every two years and aims for newly joined staff to obtain a deeper knowledge of our products as well as the Pillar mind including our company motto – Quality First – Through Cooperation and Harmony – Continuation of Research.
The attendees got the chance to visit the different factories, get to know many of the Japanese and other overseas staff members and hear about all the Nippon Pillar Topics.
